Behavioral Health Counseling Services........We're Here to Listen
Our role is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a plan that supports your needs.
Our goal is to walk along side you on your journey and to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
We offer unique services in often under served populations, specializing in Co-Occurring Disorder, individuals with disabilities and the aging population. We embrace the diversity of the Yakima Valley, and all are welcome.
Throughout the year we offer group educational series. These include such topics as, Introduction to Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Often individuals may find themselves facing co-existing mental illness and substance use and addiction disorders. When a substance use disorder and a mental health symptoms occur simultaneously, an individuals needs may differ than those with isolated mental health needs. A dual licensed counselor has the knowledge and skill base to look at how co-occurring symptoms are impacting an individual and offer a whole care approach.
